This guidebook is designed to give you some strategies to take care of your scalp during cancer treatment and to encourage the healthy regrowth of hair post treatment. 

I designed this program for you because I wish that I had found one when I was going through my own hair loss during treatment. 

The recipes included can be a part of every healthy diet but are included here because they include key vitamins and minerals to encourage the growth and regrowth of healthy hair.
